Over four years it grows from a utility token and verified enterprise pilots into the first Human AI Blockchain, with BDMS, the Trustive Browser, T-Cert, and developer-built dApps forming a complete human-centered AI trust ecosystem.

The credibility layer. Legal structure, treasury governance, security, and public documentation — everything needed to make Trustive investable before any public fundraising begins.
Phase 2 · Launch
TRSIV Coin Launch
TRSIV goes live as the ecosystem's utility and funding token — through a strategic pre-sale, staged public rounds, the token generation event, and liquidity readiness. The launch chain is being evaluated across technical and financial criteria; Solana is a strong candidate, and the confirmed chain will be announced once the evaluation concludes.
Phase 3 · Prove
MVP & First Commercial Pilot
Trustive's first buyable product: an 8–12 week enterprise pilot that measures AI productivity, validates quality, allocates human benefit, and produces a verifiable T-Cert outcome.
Phase 4 · Scale
AI Super Agents
Verification accelerators that ingest approved data, detect anomalies, and draft verifier packets — while final judgment and certification stay firmly human-controlled.

The First Human AI Blockchain — Prototype & MVP
The Trustive Blockchain arrives as a working prototype and MVP — a specialized AI-benefit trust layer advancing from private devnet to public testnet, with a block explorer, native-coin migration design, and the Trustive Ledger: a publicly verifiable record anyone can inspect to confirm responsible AI adoption. Built on proven, audited open-source components rather than from scratch.

BDMS — Blockchain Document Management
The first native Trustive Blockchain application. Tamper-evident document authenticity, version history, multi-signature approvals, certification badges, and public verification — with real files kept encrypted off-chain.
Phase 7 · Harden
Hardening, Native Utility & Developer SDK
The chain matures — cross-chain bridge testing, a JavaScript / TypeScript SDK, a public explorer with verified-contract labels, and full security programs. Trust infrastructure needs seasoning: audits, bug-bounty exposure, and real-workload stability are why public opening deliberately comes last.
Phase 8 · Deploy
Blockchain-Backed Trustive Browser
The trusted front door to the ecosystem — a Chromium browser with a native TRSIV wallet, the T-Cert green trust bar, in-browser BDMS verification, a verified dApp directory, and hardware-wallet support.

Trustive opens to builders — a developer portal, SDK and testnet faucet, hackathons, a grant program, a verified dApp registry, and public dApp launch waves.
Trustive begins with a disciplined TRSIV utility launch, proves real enterprise value through verified AI-productivity pilots, scales its verification layer through AI Super Agents, reaches a blockchain prototype / MVP in 2027, then hardens and matures before opening as the first Human AI Blockchain to external developers in 2029 — a complete human-centered AI trust ecosystem.
